One early afternoon I was awoken by a knock on my door during my afternoon nap. A stranger was at my door and just as I was prepared to shut the door and say no thanks something made me listen to Phillip. Maybe it was the card with the tray of money or maybe it was just me feeling sorry for a man walking around in a tie and slacks in 85 degree weather. Phillip had just sold a house in the neighborhood and asked if I was thinking of selling my house. Usually I would say no thanks and I'm a renter but something told me to tell the truth knowing I was about to lose my job and needed to sell my house. I told him I'm probably going to sell in about a month and told him I would call him. Phillip is a stand up guy it was about four months later that I contacted him. I expected him to be at my door every week bombarding me with stupid flags, note papers, magents and other stuff that we all receive from realtors that end up in our trash. But no Phillip once never bothered me. And I totally respect and appreciate him for that. Phillip was always there to answer any questions we had and guided us in the right direction.
